Vendors and Selling
Any person or organization that plans to sell any type of item during Heritage Days, must have an application submitted to the Philipsburg Heritage Days Committee for approval and they must pay the appropriate fee.
Solicitation by any person or organization, during any activity or event, without the specific approval of the Philipsburg Heritage Days Committee is prohibited. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Deadline for submission of permits to participate in Philipsburg Heritage Days is June 30th. All applications will be filed with the Philipsburg Borough Secretary and written approval will be provided by the Philipsburg Heritage Days Committee.
The Philipsburg Heritage Days Committee reserves the right to revoke any application previously approved if the applicant’s business or actions are in violation of any local ordinances or actions are offensive to the Philipsburg Heritage Days Committee focus for family entertainment. Revocation of the permit will take place with no refund of fees paid.
Pets are not permitted in vendor booths.
Bicycles, skateboards and any type of personal use machine
Bicycles, skateboards and any type of personal use moving machine are prohibited in all areas where Philipsburg Heritage Days activities are held. Continued abuse will result in removal and possible fines.
